At certain points in our lives, we will be at a crossroads wherein we would have to choose to rely on either fear, or faith to make a decision.

Stay true to you, and soon you will attract the tribe with the similar vibe.

Go Against the Grain.

The truth is there will always be people who won’t like you, won’t accept you, and won’t support you, regardless of what you may do for an approval of some sort, so you might as well do what is right for you. If that means going against the grain including your personality, then expect resistance — external resistance from your family and peers as in they may never appreciate your authenticity because it makes them uncomfortable; and internal resistance as in the words of Nietzsche, people “fear their higher self because, when it speaks, it speaks demandingly” (Nietzsche, Human, all too Human). Many people do not heed the call from their higher self because deep down they know just how difficult answering such a call would be.

Never deny yourself the freedom to express your truest essence. Never betray yourself by conforming to ideals that go against, your true nature. It is not worth sacrificing your peace so that others can have theirs.

Faith, derived from Latin fides and Old French feid, is confidence or trust in a person, thing, or concept.

Unlike hope, which is an optimistic attitude of mind based on an expectation or a desire (an outcome) that could happen in the future, faith requires no proof because it is so now.

“Be like a tree and let the dead leaves drop”- Rumi

Stay true to you. Remain steadfast in your personal truth. All that is meant for you will stay, and all that is not will fall away.

The only way to reach our destiny is through the path of faith.

Have faith in yourself.
